Step into our world and experience the olive garden in Puglia
Join us for an unforgettable journey into Puglia's olive oil tradition. We will welcome you at the Cantasole estate, where we will explore our 13th-century Masseria, a fortified farmhouse which we still use today for olive oil production. We will stroll through our olive garden to learn about olive oil production, in the shade of 200 year old trees.
Guiding your senses, Arianna, our EVOO sommelier, will lead a curated tasting of three award-winning extra virgin olive oils. You will learn the art of olive oil tasting and discover the organoleptic qualities, from bold and peppery to smooth and fruity.
We’ll complete our experience with our favorite local wine and a Salento-style aperitivo, for a perfect combination of historical authenticity and contemporary elegance.
Location: Halfway between Ostuni and Lecce, Cantasole is the perfect stop to immerse yourself in nature and experience the authentic traditions of Puglia.
