The count down has officially started. We will soon start our olive harvest. We simply can’t wait to pick up these jewels and taste our fresh olive oil. Promise that we will keep you updated on the process and details of the harvest crucial moments. In the meantime, we can already tell you that some varieties mature earlier than others. Peranza, Biancolilla and Coratina are the ones waiting in line to become a super freshly squeezed olive juice. We expect to have our new olive oil by the end of November. KEEP IN TOUCH!

Last night, i had dinner with few of my friends. Of course, they counted on me to bring the goodies for the aperitivo. The all time favorite is Giallo Rustico, marinated eggplants strips. What a night we had all together, between a crostino with marinated veggies and a glass of good wine.
PS: a good tip is always to bring a little present for the host and what’s best than a bottle of Cantasole extra virgin olive oil. 😉
