Say hello to our Peranzana, the newest member of the Cantasole family. The Peranzana may be our latest olive oil – but its the first olive variety that we harvested this year. If you miss traveling, try taking a trip to the rolling hills of Provincial Italy with this beautifully sweet and fruity unfiltered extra virgin olive oil. With hints of artichoke, rucola and almond that give it a slightly spicy tang, Peranzana is everything you’d want in a bottle… And on a plate !
Play it safe: Drench your vegetables in Peranzana and roast them in the oven, then use the rest to grill some meat or poultry.
